  • Disputes over compensation for damages outside of contract and insurance;

  • Disputes over business cooperation contracts and medical equipment sales;
  • Inheritance disputes, divorce disputes, and post-divorce joint property disputes;
  • Labor disputes – protecting employees in restructuring, structural changes;
  • On Criminal and Dispute Resolution at Arbitration:
  • Participating as defense counsel; protecting rights and interests in criminal cases of the following crimes: Fraudulent appropriation of property; Gambling, organizing gambling, violating road traffic regulations, etc.;

  • Consulting and representing the buyer, which is a FDI enterprise in the manufacturing sector, in the factory acquisition transaction;

  • Consulting and representing to resolve disputes of shareholders in pharmaceutical enterprises with more than 1000+ stores;
  • Consulting and supporting tax settlement for activities of terminating investment projects and dissolving enterprises;
  • Consulting on market access regulations for foreign investors;
  • Consulting on regulations for granting Investment Registration Certificates and representative offices of foreign traders; Consulting for startups ;
  • Contract Consulting related to the real estate business development project between parties: Investors; contractors; customers; individuals, capital contributing organizations; banks, etc.;
